THE PLANNED PLATFORM
Less disconnected research. More context for every deal.
Bring discovery, diligence, investment analysis, and outreach into one connected workflow. You talk with one orchestration assistant; the research stays organized behind the scenes.
01 / DISCOVER
Search around your strategy.
Describe a market, budget, and investment approach in plain language. The planned search experience turns your criteria into a saved search with distress signals and visible evidence gaps.
Bring recorded ownership, mortgage roles, liens, and foreclosure events into a property dossier. Distinguish documented facts from estimated debt and equity.
Sources, freshness, and uncertainty03 / COMPARE
Put the numbers in context.
Compare applicable strategies with editable assumptions and base, downside, and upside scenarios. Understand what changes when repairs, rent, financing, or timing change.
As-is value and ARV kept separate04 / CONNECT
Move forward on your terms.
Configure planned email, text, and phone outreach around your preferences. Authorize the price and material terms for each deal before an offer is communicated.
Deal-specific authority and escalation
ONE CONVERSATION. A CONNECTED WORKFLOW.
You set the direction. The assistant guides the work.
The planned dashboard brings properties, research, scenarios, timelines, outreach history, and decisions together. Instructions and approvals stay in your conversation.
01
Set your goals
Define locations, budget, strategy, return targets, and financing assumptions.
02
Research & compare
Investigate ownership and debt. Review evidence, missing information, and scenario results.
03
Authorize the next move
Choose outreach settings and approve an offer’s price, terms, expiration, and permitted scope.
04
Stay in control
Review replies and counteroffers. Make the decision when new terms exceed your authorization.
✦
Permission is specific to the deal. Planned controls tie each offer to explicit investor authority. New terms outside that authority return to you for a decision.
EXPLORE THE EXPERIENCE
A clearer view of the next step.
Select a stage to see how the planned product supports the investor. This walkthrough is illustrative and does not run searches or contact homeowners.
YOUR STRATEGY. YOUR ASSUMPTIONS.
One property. More than one way to evaluate it.
The proposed initial strategy catalog compares applicable investment approaches and explains when evidence is insufficient for an analysis.

CONFIDENCE STARTS WITH CONTEXT
The unknowns should be visible, too.
The product is designed to show what a record supports, when it was checked, and where the picture is incomplete.
Searches can begin anywhere in the U.S. Available data and verification will vary by county, source, and provider. Missing records will remain unknown.
↗
A timeline with a source.
Planned foreclosure tracking retains event history and shows a sale countdown only when a scheduled date is available, with freshness visible.
↗
Estimates with assumptions.
Estimated loan balances are not payoff statements. Debt and equity estimates must account for incomplete terms, fees, liens, and payment uncertainty.
BEFORE YOUR NEXT MOVE
A few things to know.
Is American Automations available today?
The platform described here is in development. This site introduces the intended experience, based on the current product specification. Data providers, verified geographic coverage, delivery dates, subscriptions, and pricing are still being defined.
Will it contact homeowners automatically?
The planned platform supports email, SMS, and phone outreach subject to investor settings, contact eligibility, channel requirements, and launch readiness. Offer communication requires deal-specific authority. This website does not send outreach.
Can the assistant sign a contract for me?
Contract signing, funds transfer, closing, and binding commitments are outside the current draft scope. Permission to communicate an offer does not authorize contract execution or binding acceptance.
Will every county have complete property records?
No. Nationwide intake does not mean uniform data availability. The planned experience discloses coverage gaps, stale sources, and unknown fields rather than treating missing records as proof of no debt, liens, or foreclosure activity.
How much will it cost?
Pricing and subscription plans have not been established in the current product specification. Contact us to discuss your use case and product plans.
